Founded by former WUSA player Sarah Kate Noftsinger and former WNBA player Ruth Riley, this organization’s mission is in its name. Anthony DiCicco has taken several trips to South Africa with the organization and Nicholas DiCicco and SoccerPlus Staff Coach, Jeff Parrish have arranged a strategic partnership with IT to support the efforts of SoccerPlus Outreach, a program first piloted in 2014 in Kenya,  http://inspire-transformation.org — select the SoccerPlus Outreach option.

Tony, as a life-long educator had a deep love and respect for the transfer of knowledge. He was curious and passionate about history.
